West Bengal’s Roadmap • Completion of all pending work • Additional ACRs -9599 for meeting up gaps • 527 Primary Schools and 48 Upper Primary Schools for providing physical access. • PTR: Completing Recruitment Process and Teachers in place by June 2013 • Training of Untrained Teachers • 75,000+ teachers enrolled in the ODL DElEd Course • Remaining to be taken up in 2013-14 subject to NCTE Approval • 30,000 BEd Training for teachers in Secondary Schools teaching Upper Primary level – NCTE approval received
