  5. DPS Board of Education – Tech Policies The proper use of technology systems is governed by Board of Education policies. The district is subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) which mandates how personally identifiable student records are to be handled. Board policies prohibit the sharing of passwords with anyone: colleagues, students.
