Conclusion • Différentes voies vers l’homothallisme à partir d’un ancêtre hétérothallique: • formation d’un locus mosaïque • apparition de cassettes silencieuses de remplacement Invention des cassettes silencieuses dans un ancêtre commun ou plusieurs fois? Une fois Plusieurs fois • synténie autour des cassettes • mécanismes de formation de telles duplication inconnus • 2 types d’organisation des MAT-,HMR- et HML-like loci • inversion possible des cassettes • diversité de taille et de présence des cassettes entre les espèces • S. kluyveri n’a qu’un seul locus MAT Question en suspens: • Identité de séquences entre les 3 loci dans chaque espèce, même sans HO
