  1. One Mean Pony This is my car… I purchased it in November of 2004 and love driving it. In the following slides, I will show pictures of my past cars that started my love for the American Pony. I will then show and talk about my current car where you will see the interior, exterior, engine, suspension etc.

  2. The Excitement Begins This is My original Mustang. I purchased it in 1996 when I was fourteen. I bought it from my sisters close friend. It was a 1991 Ford Mustang lx with a 5.0 liter engine. It was a fast car, but I decided I wanted a truck, so I traded it off at a local dealership in 1998. I have always regretted it.

  3. Second Stang Well, after a while, I decided I was more of a car driver than a truck driver, so I decided to look around for another mustang. I found this one in the next state over and purchased it. This was the car that I really started getting into modifications and performance enhancements.

  4. The end of a good thing Well, while driving back to college from my Idaho home, I was rear ended by a man going 120 mph. It threw me into the median, and I ended up rolling six times across the oncoming traffic lanes near Layton, UT. I wasn’t wearing my seatbelt and somehow escaped with only some scratches on my legs. It was a very sad thing, but I was very grateful that I had made it out of it without serious injury. I used the money that I received from the wreck to help fund my mission. I didn’t get another car until I got home.

  5. More Conservative?? After returning home from my mission, I decided to be more conservative. I purchased a 2000 Chrysler 300m. It was a very comfortable car and always ran great, but I still always had an itch for a Mustang. So…

  6. Back to the American Muscle Car This is my current car. It’s a 2000 Mustang GT. I have done a lot of things to modify the car, so it is now far from being stock, and it’s pretty quick cruising down the road. I bought the car with 15,000 miles on the odometer and I have put on about 2500 miles. The next three slides will go into the modifications that have been done on the car.

  7. If it looks mean, maybe it is… The exterior has the following modifications: • Steeda Front Splitter • Steeda Race Wing • Steeda/Cobra R Fiberglass Race Hood • Steeda/Binno 18x10 in. Wheels with Michelin Pilot XGT tires • Steeda front/rear swaybars • Hotchkis Control arms/caster camber plate • KYB Shocks • Eibach 2” lowering sport/racing springs • Cobra R smoke headlights • Mach 1 grill delete Kit. • Steeda stickers and side graphics

  8. So What’s Under the Hood?? I have put on the following engine/drivetrain modifications: • Eaton m90/Saleen Supercharger and intercooler • Chicane 8 psi pulley • JBA Chrome Shorty Headers • Chicane Cold Air Kit • Basini x-pipes with flowmaster 40’s • Ford Motorsport Aluminum Driveshaft • Pro- 5.0 shifter with steeda shifter • Steeda 78mm throttle body • Mac race clutch • High performance Radion ignition/spark plug/ wire set Put this all together, and it puts out 423 hp from the flywheel on a dyno machine.

  9. My Playground Here are the interior modifications: • Steeda billet aluminum pedals and shift knob • Kenwood Excelon CD Deck and Equalizer • Rockford Fosgate Punch 250 Amplifier and 12” subwoofer • Carbon Fiber dash kit • Cobra R rear seat delete kit with fire extinguisher • Saleen Boost gauge/intercooler temp pod

  10. The Ending All of these things make my car one of my favorite hobbies and pass times. It’s the one thing I can do and not think about the other things that are going on or that have to be done.
