  4. How is the “auditor” ? • The auditor is the expert of Assessment of “level of compliance“ to the requirements Auditor knows how to assess compliance as result of experience

  5. “Audit” or “Assessment” ? • This is an “assessment” An assessment from a business partner

  6. What is it the assessor is looking for? X • Evidence of “Compliance” We are not trying to catch you There is always success* … *Except Major nonconformities

  7. Enjoy the “Benefits” of an assessment • Be transparent • Be comfortable with findings • Encourage people • Remember the lessons learnt • Take findings as positive part of the business • Focus on your weak areas in the assessments (assessment planning)
