UF Forensic Science & PharmChem Programs • Forensic Science Program started in 2000 • Largest Forensic Science MS Program in the world • Students from 33 different countries taking UF courses • Close cooperation with the University of Canberra and the University of Edinburgh • Over 500 graduates • Won ADEC award in 2006 • Pharmaceutical Chemistry MS started in 2009 • Very few other online Pharmaceutical Chemistry programs • Enrollment of 50 students in the second semester • First graduate completed this spring

How this will work • Memorandum of Understanding between ADEC and Apollidon • ADEC is the broker, managing the collaboration process • Individual Business Agreement with each participating member institution regarding each program • Financial Arrangement: 60% of program revenues for the participating member institution and 40% for ADEC and Apollidon • Team Identify programs that are scalable, can be profitable and may take advantage of multiple institution expertise and courses
