12. Proposed Changes to NTYLL Manual NTYLL Should any coach fail to comply with the NTYLL Code of Conduct, Men’s NCAA rule 2-4 or North District Guidelines, there will be immediate corrective action taken by the League and NTYLL Board of Directors (NTYLL President and two board members at a minimum). In the event a coach violates either of the conduct rules, the minimum corrective action will be as follows for the first offense: At the Competitive level, the Head coach will earn automatic suspension from attending the next two regularly scheduled team games (not scrimmages). At the Championship level, the head coach will earn automatic suspension from attending the next regularly scheduled counter game (not scrimmage), and will be suspended from attending the team’s first regularly scheduled playoff game (were the team to make the playoffs). In both divisions, should the same Head coach earn a second conduct violation, immediate expulsion from the League will be the first order of consideration. Any suspension will be reviewed by the League and the NTYLL Board of Directors (NTYLL President and two board members at a minimum)

13. Proposed Changes to NTYLL Manual NTYLL Teams playing in the NTYLL will be "community" based, which will often mean geographically-based, however, the term "community" is not limited to geographic regions. For example, a religious-based program may define a valid community within division play (e.g., a community team may be a "common religious belief"-based team or a "home-schooled" team). It is the desire of the NTYLL to create a funnel-up type program in which a player would play for the NTYLL program that would play for the THSLL program to where they live or attend school, and mirror the THSLL eligibility rules as closely as possible. Teams cannot use players that live outside of or are not part of the community in which the team was formed without a NTYLL approved waiver. First: A player shall play for his or her school if that school has a program. Second: If the player’s school does not have a team, the player will play for the nearest community or school based team assuming the player meets the eligibility requirements of the nearest program. (Private schools may require you to attend the school to participate on a team. With the rapid growth of the sport, HP and some other programs may require players to physically reside within certain boundaries.) Third: If a player lives in a community without a NTYLL lacrosse program they may play for the nearest program to where they live. Four: If a player attends a school without a championship team at their grade level or lives in a community without a championship level team at their grade level, in addition to playing for your community competitive team or school competitive team, the player may also play for the nearest championship level school or community based program if they meet their eligibility rules. These situations need to be managed by the two programs to the satisfaction of both programs.

14. Proposed Changes to NTYLL Manual NTYLL All waivers must be submitted to the NTYLL President or Division coordinator 30 days prior to the first official season start date in writing. Before a player is able to obtain a free and clear waiver, the parents must attempt to obtain a written release from the player’s current program. The reason for a waiver must be compelling and outside the scope of NTYLL eligibility rules. The NTYLL will not grant a waiver to follow a coach.  Grievances or complaints will be addressed by NTYLL and should be submitted in writing to the NTYLL President or the appropriate grade level coordinator.

15. Proposed Changes to NTYLL Manual NTYLL Any complaints concerning NTYLL rules, code of conduct, policy by anyone participating in or attending a NTYLL league event should be reported to the appropriate grade level coordinator. The grade level coordinator will then notify the League Board as to the nature of the complaint. Complaint Procedure Step I: Report to Grade Level Coordinator - 
A) Grade level coordinator will notify the President of the NTYLL B) Grade level coordinator head will contact the following week's opposing coaches and scheduled referee, asking them to observe if the action in the complaint repeats itself. Step II: Report received from coach & referee - 
A) If no problem is detected, no further action is required.
B) If a problem is detected, the NTYLL contacts program representative to address the issue and the necessary corrections.
C) Opposing coaches & the assigned referee for the next game are again notified. If the problem is not detected, no further action is required.
D) If a problem is detected, the President of the NTYLL is notified. Step III: The NTYLL (President and a minimum of two board members) will determine necessary sanctions up to and including suspension or expulsion from the league or a team.
