  4. activities • Set up an email subscription system • Collect emails • Create an email format for the upcoming deals and event for February, March and April • Read fashion magazine for current fashion trends for Spring • Review Anna Bella’s product inventory • Select suitable product for March and April • Design a webpage with fashion trends and recommendations for March and April

What I learned • The purchaser buy the upcoming season items during the previous season • Woman between the 35- 50 are not easy to adapt to new things • There are a large internal data base system where Anna Bella stored their information • The leftover items in one season will be stored and resell it in next year same season

  14. Conclusion • Successfully collected around 200 customer’s E-mail address • It keep the customer up-to-date • Attracted more customers • Received many suggestions from customer
