CASE STUDY #1 Courtesy Officers and Law Enforcement Business Challenge: Provide a high level of service to Department of Aviation’s Parking Division at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world’s busiest airport. Duties include assisting airport passengers in the parking facilities. Areas marked for improvement included secret shop and touch pin scores, employee moral and appearance. Management and supervision of over 100 officers. Implementation: ALL(n)1 implemented its proprietary C.A.P. (Customer Service, Appearance, Performance) Program with a strict focus on improving poor customer service metrics. Results: ALL(n)1 has received consistent high marks in the following areas: Secret Shops – Consistently high marks of 98% or above in customer service in FY2010 (4 Months At 100%) Touch Pins – Scores of 100% every month since inception

  5. CASE STUDY #2 High Profile Special Event Business Challenge: Coordinate and implement a security plan for a high profile, multi-day event. Duties included venue security, traffic control at various sites and executive protection for a high volume of V.I.P. clients which included celebrities, government officials and other key dignitaries. Implementation: ALL(n)1 developed a comprehensive security program and served as the key point of contact for a multi-jurisdictional security team which included the Secret Service, County Police, Hotel Security and individual protection teams on behalf of the client. Results: ALL(n)1 conducted a detail with smooth transition between all events, effective communication with the client and all security team members and most importantly with zero incidents. Because of our efforts, ALL(n)1 has been named the exclusive security provider for the event going forward.
