  2. Winning Ways • In order to have success in the NFL, a team must produce a proficient and consistent quarterback • Over the years, teams have proven that with solid and consistent quarterback play, a team can win the Superbowl.

  3. 49ers Success • The 49ers teams of the 1980’s and 1990’s were a proven dynasty that won fiver Super Bowl’s, including four in the 80’s. • In this span, the 49ers won ten or more games for sixteen straight seasons! • Their quarterbacks during that time—Joe Montana and Steve Young—arguably two of the best of all-time.
