How to decrease the number of Accidents & Incidents? • To install the Park tronic equipment (Pharma) • To carry out trainings (MD&D) • Every new employee should pass safe driving test • In case of the accident the employee should go through safe driving improve test • In case of the 2d accident the employee should pass the safe driving test and pay it

  8. How to decrease the number of Accidents & Incidents? • To develop and use SF motivating procedures • Every employee should report Accident&Incident to his/her manager • Every Accident&Incident is reported monthly by the transport coordinator to Franchise Directors • In case of the A/I the employee leaves the car at KH parking spot for the week-ends until he/she passes the safety driving test • Annual bonus increase/decrease (% depends on the type of A/I) • Safety Driving Awards
