  22. 03.3 FACTORES CLAVES DE EXITO DEL PROGRAMA • Factores Claves de Éxitodel Programa: • Para lograr el éxito del programa es necesario que se cumplan las siguientes premisas: • Incluir a todos los empleados pertenecientes a las categorías ocupacionales que se definan, a fin de lograr una participación masiva que genere un efecto de contagio entre ellos. • Cada participante debe acceder a los premios como recompensa a su esfuerzo y no como resultado del azar. • Los premios deben ser percibidos como alcanzables. • Se debe mantener una comunicación permanente con los participantes a fin de mantenerlos incentivados. • Se debe monitorear el programa en forma regular a fin de realizar las correcciones necesarias y con ello optimizar su resultado.
