Fareed Al-Mahmeed Construction Since 1984 General building contractor / second grade with the full necessary potential of different construction of buildings with its differences and heights, as well as full maintenance of the buildings with its varieties and difficulties of all kinds, in addition to the external and internal painting using the best quality of paint to suit and fit in harmony with the general taste of the customers, we have been able to build several buildings in different regions of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Since 2001 Fareed Arts Center specialized for hotels, tourist apartments and restaurants Management Services with a professional crew, also arrange and organize Folklore & Musical Shows band groups from varied nationalities in addition to regulate and supervise the establishment and functions in coordination with various artist band teams whether domestic or foreign. All of this was done by a specialist crew, where the crew was able to oversee the work of the departments that managed many of the tourist buildings and hotels. منذ العام 2001 مركز فريد للفنون، خدمات إدارة فنادق وشقق سياحية ومطاعم كذلك خدمات استقدام الفرق الفنية الفلكلورية والاستعراضية المتخصصة، إضافة إلى تنظيم وإقامة الحفلات والإشراف عليها بالتنسيق مع الفرق الفنية المختلفة سواء المحلية أو الخارجية. كل ذلك تم بواسطة طاقم فني متخصص، حيث استطاع طاقم العمل الذي يشرف على أعمال الإدارة من إدارة الكثير من المباني السياحية والفنادق

38. We have contributed in the management of Baisan International hotel - four-star - Hotel, Al-Commodore Hotel - three-star - under the management of one of our partners in the same field. We also had agreements with other hotel management companies managing groups of hotels including the Bahrain Carlton Hotel & Andalus Hotel, three-stars, Al Mirador Hotel which is four-star , Claridge Hotel & Al-Riyadh Two Star Hotels. There was an additional agreement with another company to manage Pars international hotel - four star - addition to the management of tourist luxury apartments, such as Al-Sahab tower, Oryx tower, Palm Royal Tower and Al Fanar I and II, Aljasra and AlJanadriyah which are furnished luxury apartments. لقد ساهمنا في إدارة فندق بيسان الدولي فئة أربع نجوم، وفندق الكمودور فئة ثلاث نجوم تحت إدارة أحد شركائنا في العمل في نفس المجال، كذلك تم الاتفاق مع شركة إدارة فنادق أخرى تشرف على إدارة مجموعة فنادق منها فندق كارلتون البحرين ثلاث نجوم، وفندق الأندلس ثلاث نجوم وفندق الميرادور أربع نجوم كذلك فندق كلاريج فئة النجمتين وفندق الرياض فئة نجمتين، كما وتم الاتفاق مع شركة أخرى لإدارة فندق بارس فئة أربع نجوم، بالإضافة إلى إدارة شقق فندقية سياحية فخمة، مثل برج السحاب وبرج أوركس كذلك برج بالم رويال وبرج الفنار واحد وأثنين ومبنى الجسرة والجنادرية، والتي جميعها شقق فخمة سياحية مفروشة.

There were several arrangements for concerts in conjunction with the local Bahraini artistic groups and bands as well as the foreign artistic groups and many art groups and folklore bands, which have been provided for several four-star hotels, like Manama Tower Hotel, Baisan Tower Hotel, Elite Hotel and Pars International Hotel, also Gulf Hotel which is Five Stars Hotel, and has proved their worth and art through technical reviews and songs provided during that period. كما وتم ترتيب الكثير من الحفلات المحلية بمصاحبة فرق فنية بحرينية، وكذلك فرق فنية أجنبية إضافة إلى استقدام العديد من الفرق الفنية الاستعراضية والفولكلورية الأجنبية والتي تم تزويد العديد من الفنادق فئة الأربع نجوم بها، والتي على رأسها فندق منامة تاور، وفندق بيسان تاور، وفندق إليت، وفندق بارس الدولي، وكذلك فندق الخليج وهو فئة خمس نجوم، وقد أثبتت جدارتها وفنها من خلال الاستعراضات والفقرات الفنية والأغاني التي قدمتها خلال تلك الفترة.

From 20th May 2005 it has been add new activity which is the Processing Official Formalities with the Government and Authorities where so many procedures are finalizing with the Government for the Companies, Establishments and Personnel whom they are dealing with us, as a very qualifies team following the finalization of such procedures which is belong to the Employees of these Companies and Establishments. The Aim of adding this activity is to follow the full procedures of the employees working in the Companies and Establishments for keeping the process of the work in good method as much as possible. من تاريخ 20 مايو 2005 تم إضافة نشاط تجاري آخر وهو تخليص المعاملات لدى الجهات الرسمية والحكومية والذي من خلاله يتم إنهاء إجراءات الكثير من المعاملات الخاصة بالجهات الحكومية سواء شركات أو مؤسسات أو حتى أفراد حيث يقوم بالعمل طاقم من الموظفين المؤهلين لإنجاز مثل هذه الأعمال المتعلقة بإدارة شئون موظفي الشركات والمؤسسات. إن الهدف من إضافة هذا النشاط هو متابعة كامل إجراءات العاملين في المؤسسات والشركات من أجل الحفاظ على سير العمل على أفضل وجه ممكن.
