Starts April 2006 3-year transition period Current Budget 1 funding will reduce to zero by 2009/10 2006/07 reductions planned for Technology Platforms and School for Primary Care Funding for new schemes will replace current Budget 1 funding Impact on individual providers Funding changes will be managed by DH/SHAs Funding Transition
