  7. Future In 2009, when the concept of the developmnet of an electric car started,  No car volume car manufacturer has  a car powered exclusively by batteries in its lineup. At present,  only 1,500 electric cars are available among the German cars circulating at the present. There is still a lot to do, before all the German cars will be not dependant upon petroleum, and electric cars are not ready for volume production, however.
