PART SEARCH. If the part is not visible at the time of call updation, following points need to be cross checked : Ensure the model name entered is correct Part is assigned to Engineer Check the same part in Part search, VIEW PART SEARCH

PART SEARCH • If the part is not visible at the time of call updation, following points need to be cross checked : • Ensure the model name entered is correct • Part is assigned to Engineer • Check the same part in Part search, VIEW PART SEARCH • Select the Brand Name, Product Name & Model name. • Search for the part which is required • 5.a) By direct click on Search • 5.b) By entering the part code • 6. If part code not found check from its part description. • If found then Check for its alternate part. VIEW ALTERNATE PART SEARCH • If alternate already mapped then call can be closed, if not mapped then raise request for the part addition. • Example : For Model name REF KWP203SH-RDA, the compressor mapped in SBOM is 1100060473, COMPRESSOR,WITH • ASSESORIES,ASB45R. • For part search the model name to be selected must be REF KWP203SH-RDA. • Check is there compressor mapped in SBOM or not, if No then directly raise the request. • If yes then check whether it meets your requirement i.e. the part code which is available in SBOM is matching the • physical part. • If no then check by using alternate part search, Whether the physically available compressor is linked / mapped with the compressor available in SBOM. • If no then raise the request.
