  5. الوصول إلي الوثائق والمستندات من خلال موقع رسمي . إمكانية إنشاء مواقع خاصة وإدارة وتقاسم المستندات بشكل آمن مع الزملاء . يوفر البرنامج عامل التواصل والتعاون بين عضو هيئة التدريس والطلاب. إمكانية عمل المحاضرات عبر الانترنت وتبادل الخبرات. أمكانية تسجيل المحاضرات علي شكل فيديوهات ومشاركتها مع الطلاب بشكل متزامن بحيث يمكن للطالب التواصل مع عضو هيئة التدريس خلال المحاضرة عبر الانترنت.
