  2. Code Goed Bestuur PO De Code Goed Bestuur van de PO-Raad behoeft in 2012 grondige bijstelling.

  3. Sanctionering Het is wenselijk om nu in de Code Goed Bestuur van de PO-Raad een sanctieregeling op te nemen.

  4. Leerresultaten De nu in de Code opgenomen opdracht dat scholen (o.a.) adequate leerresultaten dienen te boeken is te beperkt en behoeft verbreding.

  5. Honorering Toezichthouders Voor de door de PO-Raad vast te stellen honoreringsleidraad voor toezichthouders kan worden aangesloten bij die van de VTOI, mits de honorering per lid beperkt blijft tot circa € 3.000 (voor de grootste schoolbesturen).
