  3. Role of EADT Provide direction and support to NHS Boards to: • Deliver local improvement trajectories for reducing rates of attendances at A&E • Sustain the maximum 4 hour wait from arrival to admission ..... • Improve whole system winter planning

Work being progressed through EADT: • Winter Pressures Project 2008-09: and 2009 events • Social Marketing: Choose Well: Unscheduled Care Advisory Group • Development of A&E Dataset: (Users’ Group) • HPS Development of Predictive Reports • Mapping Mental Health Services • Information Network: Analytical Strategy • Expert Workshop – 9 February
