  9. Chelie was invaluable in her insights during the initial phases of development. Her expertise in strategic planning guided our process and saved countless hours and possible missteps. Chelie asked all the probing questions that led to several viable and cost effective solutions. She made decision making smooth and seamless. Chelie interfaced with all of the contractors for the interior remodel of the space, various fixtures and furnishings vendors, and potential POS (point of sale) companies. She made value added recommendations that went beyond our requirements that were within or under budget. Chelie continued her diligence during start-up and implementation. She tested all of the POS systems and verified they worked according to our specifications. Chelie made recommendations to the POS provider that enhanced our system. As they considered these to be “Beta” solutions, they were provided free of charge. One of these recommendations was regarding a customer loyalty program.
