Cassandra Williams’Introduction • My home life consists of me, my husband, Gary, and our 19-month old son, Messiah • We live in Stone Mountain, GA, just 25 miles from Downtown Atlanta • We are amazed everyday by new things that Messiah is learning, some of which pose a dilemma because we want to discipline him for being sneaky but have to think about how clever his thought processes are.

  3. Cassandra’s Hobbies • Cooking • Eating • Music • Reading • Spending quality time with my husband and our son • I would love to figure out how to incorporate all of my hobbies into one big hobby!!!

  4. Cassandra’s Work • By weekday, I am a Quality Assurance Specialist! • My responsibilities include review of exam requests prior to physician evaluation to ensure proper triaging of medical conditions and quality check of the finished product, disability reports and diagnostics, prior to delivery to the Department of Veterans Affairs. • In my job, reading is fundamental. Not reading the same sentence over and over again…priceless. • Veterans depend on our office to help them get a fair shake on their service-related disability compensation.

Lauren Phelps Home Life • I am originally from Jamestown, Kentucky; I grew up on a farm in a rural area in South Central KY. • Currently I live right outside of Nashville, TN and am slowly adjusting to what I consider the “City” Lifestyle • I am recently married to my husband, Will, who is a Project Manager for a Concrete Sub-contracting company • We don’t currently have any children, unless you count our Yorkshire Terrier who acts like one! • I miss the small town folk in KY but love my job, love the people I work with and company I work for.

What I do: Work Life Graduated: Western Kentucky University Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration During the summer before my graduation I had an internship with a Hospital in Human Resources. Truly enjoyed my experience with them and decided to find a position in Nashville, TN with the company who owned and operated the facility. I knew that they were a company who focused on their patients and put them first. I began working in Physician Recruitment and continue to help my company recruit qualified Physicians who want to provide quality care to patients. My passion for healthcare started with my mother who is a Registered Nurse. I knew that I wanted to make a difference in others lives and felt that healthcare was my stepping stone towards my goals. I am excited about finishing my MHA and continuing my career in Management like my mother.

  7. Nashville, TN Hobbies Spending Time with my Husband “Will” Playing with Louis my 8 lb. Yorkshire Terrier Boating on Lake Cumberland (KY) and Old Hickory Lake (TN) Spending Time with Friends and Family Four Wheeling and Camping on the Farm in Kentucky Playing with our only Nephew , Nathan!

  8. Monyatsi Gaseitsiwe’sIntroduction I am from Botswana, Southern Africa. I travel home to Africa as often as possible. I came to the United States in 1997 to attend Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.

  9. About my family I am married and have two children, both daughters, ages 10 and 2. However I have a very large family at home, there are 12 of us. Both of my parents have passed since I came to the U.S.

  10. My Education I have two degrees from Creighton University. B.S. in Health Administration B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication, Public Relations

  11. My Experience I have worked in the healthcare industry since 2003. My experience is with the mentally ill and the physically disabled.

  12. Jacqueline Bogosian’sIntroduction I live just outside of Albany, NY. Our town is very small and has only one traffic light. I love the peace and beauty of nature.

  13. Jacqueline’s Hobbies Currently, my 6-month old son, Trent is my hobby. He keeps my husband, Dan and me very busy. We enjoy watching him grow and seeing him experience all of his ‘firsts’. On the other hand, Trent’s favorite hobby is his feet.

  14. Jacqueline’s Work I work for a healthcare insurance company as a claims examiner. I have been in the field for almost a decade and have worked in South Florida as well as in New York. I enjoy the autonomy that comes with reviewing claims and I have the utmost respect for my team and my supervisor. On the other hand, Trent has been working on figuring out the toys on his jumper for almost 2 months.

  20. As we all continue our journey at Bellevue we look forward to our future in Healthcare Administration with optimism and experience. We take with us a greater understanding and appreciation of leadership values and team cooperation. We will strive to remember our individual missions, to be a part of a greater vision, to boldly go where we have never gone before….
