This is a moment when students have a little time to absorb the newly acquired knowledge, as well as prepare any tasks the teacher may have set for the next classroom session. Mealtimes are used to practice the language in a more social and general way, to help prepare the student for the less technical aspects of professional relationships like receiving and entertaining guests or socialising at business events.Not only the teacherswill speak the language in questionbut the hotel staff as well. Once they have been completed, students will have the chance to do some kind of leisure activity with a teacher. 21:00 Dinner As for the other meals , students will be accompanied by a teacher and will continue to practice the language, paying special attention to newly learnt vocabulary, expressions and grammar structures. During this time teachers will take the opportunity to check students’ daily progress and to discuss the programme for the following day. For these activities all the students and teachers get together to do one of these, always using the language in question. Attending all activities is compulsory since despite the fact that they are not classroom sessions, we consider them to be “practical classes” and an important part of the course, essential to completing the language learning process. We will assess his/her knowledge, experience and individual needs and his/her oral expression and comprehension capacity using the language. Types of Courses • Group Courses of 2 or 3 students: The student will be placed in a Group of up to 3 students with the same level, needs and objectives. • One to one Course, is an individual course. We offer this type of course when a Group course is not possible. • Closed Group of 3 students: Pre-determined groups of three, for example, students from the same company. • Other types: For those who wish to combine language learning with sport, we can offer a Combined Course with Golf or Ski in which the sport is practiced in the desired language, learning at the same time. If our teachers see that a homogenous group cannot be formed, they will propose a One to one or suggest a different date. Groups will be formed by 2 or 3 people. On reserving, you will receive a provisional bill.Places will be secured on receiving a faxed or e-mailed copy of the bank transfer receipt of the total cost of the course or a deposit of 1.200€ (in the case of the type of course not having been defined yet). The price includes the initial placement test assessment, single room accommodation and full board, classes and didactic material. O’Sullivans –The Language School, S.L. reserves the right to charge 80% of the cost of the course if the person concerned cancels during the last 5 working days prior to the start of the course. The price of the Combined Course with Ski includes: the same things included in the Language Course plus a 5-day ski pass for both student and teacher, and ski insurance for the slopes of Panticosa Aramón ski resort. The price for the Combined Course with Golf includes:the same things included in the Language Course plus green fees for both student and teacher. The sports will be carried out voluntarily and do not form part of the course, although the teacher will be able to accompany the student during the activity. The participant of the course will assume all responsibility for any physical incident which the student may have while practising sport during the course and its duration, leaving O’Sullivans The Language School exempt of all claims by hereby accepting this document.
