Data Review: AIMSweb • Back to the computers… • Look at your AIMSweb data • What do you notice? • Look at the three students you decided to watch: • How are these students performing? • Have there been increases in performance based on the interventions you put into place using your intervention tracker?

Data Review: Screening • Review your screening data… • Take out your triangles: • How are the students you identified as needing support performing? • Have there been increases in performance based on the interventions you put into place using your intervention tracker? • How does student performance relative to norms compare on the screening and progress monitoring assessments?

  7. Data Review: OAKS • Look at your OAKS data for your class • How do the data compare to student performance on the formative assessments you have given this year? • How does this information inform your instruction?

  8. For next year… • What questions do you have about how to use your data? • What support do you need to implement data-based decision making at your school? • What resources might you seek to support your instruction?

  9. Needs Assessment • Review the needs assessment on your own, keeping in mind math achievement as an overall need • As a group: • Develop a goal • Complete the modified comprehensive strengths and needs matrix • Knowing that your resources will be limited next year, what can you do to provide students with needed support?

  10. Feedback on Professional Development… • How can professional development be structured to best support teachers? • What would your ideal professional development look like? • Focus? • Structure? • Level of support?

  11. Final Logistics • All outstanding probes will be returned to Lane ESD on June 8 to be sent to you at your schools • If there are any materials you need us to receive (e.g., surveys, probes), please put them in ESD mail ASAP for pick-up on June 8
