  1. ANNUAL MEETING Today following worship & potluck

  2. RIGHT NOW MEIDA Don’t forget to use Right Now Media for your daily scriptures, Bible studies, inspirational movies and more. If you do not have this, all we need is your email address. A sign up sheet is located on the round table in the welcome area.

  3. MAMA’S HOUSE OF HOPE UPDATE Mama’s House of Hope fundraising drive has reached the half-way point. Donation forms are located on the round table in the welcome area. They can be mailed to Premier Community Bank, Attn: Jackie Suehring or dropped off at the bank during regular business hours. You may also contact Lola Zaug for more information.

  4. WORSHIP VOLUNTEERS We are currently looking for people who would be interested in participating in the worship service either by special music, readings, testimonials, etc. Contact Penny Madson, 715-754-2814 or Pastor Janice if you are interested.

  5. ENVELOPES The church envelopes are available whenever you run out. See Cindy or Pete Fannin.

  6. BLOOD DRIVE The Iola Lioness Club is hosting a blood drive at the Iola-Scandinavia Community Fitness Aquatic Center, 50 Division Street, Iola on Wednesday, Feb. 7, from 12-5 p.m. Call 1-800-733-2767 or go online www.redcrossblood.org to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome but pre-registration helps Red Cross plan better for staffing purposes.

FRESH HOPE GROUP MEETING Sundays, 6:30 pm; St. Peter’s Lutheran Church FOR MORE INFO: text or call 715-321-1299 Fresh Hope is a peer-to-peer support group forindividuals (and their loved ones) who are affected by a mental health diagnosis. The purpose of a Fresh Hope Group is toequip and empower individuals (and their loved ones) who are affected by a mental health diagnosis to live a full, rich and purpose-filled life in spite of a mental health diagnosis.

  8. SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER From 9-10 am each Sunday morning (while the Sunday School fills the rest of the building) we will be using the Worship Center (sanctuary) for PRAYER! Elders & Prayer Partners will be praying for our congregation & for the worship service. Anyone who wishes to pray silently or with others & be prayed for is welcome to come into the Worship Center for prayer.

  9. COFFEE MUGS FOR SALE The anniversary coffee mugs are still for sale at $5 each. These make great birthday or just because! Contact Jackie Baldwin or Missi Stuhr if you are interested in purchasing a mug!

  10. THE POWER OF PRAYER There is a basket on the welcome desk in the Welcome Center at the foot of a small cross. You are encouraged to write your prayers to God on the slips of paper provided and put them in the basket. At each worship service, the prayer basket will be brought forward with our monetary offerings and we will lift your prayers to God as more general prayers are spoken by and for the congregation. No one else will read what you have written--it's your communication straight to God.

  11. COFFEE HOUR SIGN UP Fall is here and winter is approaching fast. It’s always a great time to get together after church for a meal or coffee and conversation. A sign up sheet is located on the kiosk for anyone who would like to sign up for coffee hour!

  13. PASTOR’S OFFICE HOURS: TUESDAYS 1-3 pm; FRIDAYS 10 am-1 pm NOTE: Please call Pastor at 715-321-1299 to confirm that nothing has happened to cause her to change her hours for the day. Feel free to give her a call outside of her office hours also, if needed. PARISH COORDINATOR’S OFFICE HOURS: TUESDAYS 9 am-3 pm – Vacation Feb. 19-28
