  2. ACTION was established as a voluntary educational initiative to promote the sharing of ideas and support for all persons managing post-graduate training programs. The members of ACTION are to set a standard of excellence for residency and fellowship coordinators and Graduate Medical Education (GME) administrators, as well as to continue strengthening the ties between coordinators and administrators throughout Texas.
