Win Strategy — Management Goals • Show a Commitment to Bid on Task Orders (60% to 85% of all TOs issued will be bid on) • Compliance to the Army’s Requirements • Right Partnership • Accuracy (as it relates to how to use the contract and proposal submission) • Good past performance • Proven experience, preferably with the Army; others would be nice to have • Proven ability to work with our teaming partners (prior working relationships would be useful) • Performance based contract experience (with strong performance)

Win Strategy — Capability Goals • Perform work across all 6 task areas. • Ability to perform within all of CONUS (no geographic constraints) (NETCOM/9th Army Signal Command) • Army experience (DOIMs, Netcom) • Meeting Army Network/Army Enterprise Infostructure goals and objectives • Implementing NETCOM’s Networthiness program • Transparency and insight into PMO processes and tools
