Military Lyceum of Cadets Goals and Objectives: • Main task of the Cadets Military Lyceum is to educate cadets and train them for future service in the Georgian Armed Forces or give them an opportunity to continue study in the National Defence Academy (NDA); • Main goals of Cadets Military Lyceum are: • To train motivated cadets who fully realize their professional choice; • To give an opportunity in the case of offering education methods adapted to NDA corresponding courses; • To reveal and give right direction leaders’ skills of future officers; • To provide intensive teaching of foreign languages as well as physical training and basic military preparation.

Military Lyceum of Cadets Regulations related to the Lyceum: • Cadets’ Military Lyceum as a legal entity of public lawwas established on bases of applicable legislation. • In order to have right to establishing the Cadets’ Military Lyceum by MoD it is nessesery: • To amend the Georgian Law on Status of Military Servicemen; • To pass the law on military education included in the status of the Cadets’ Military Lyceum.

  6. Military Lyceum of Cadets Appropriate infrastructure and preconditions for Lyceum: • For functioning of the Lyceum is important to have appropriate infrastructure stated below: • Educational building; • Gym; • Canteen; • Housing for having a rest.

  7. Military Lyceum of Cadets Role of the Ministry of Defence of Georgia: • In case of amending an appropriate Georgian legislation, the Ministry of Defence will: • enter the Cadets’ Military Lyceum in the international educational sphere; • base an educational process and evaluation system; • develop training plans and its updates; • Provide the Lyceum with material and technical basis, issue financial support and render software and HR assistance; • establish standards of resources; • send teachers for training in educational institutions in Georgia or abroad.
