  5. How to run a good project? Depends on the project Technical problem to solve Project partners and group Distance Objective …. Be aware …of the group as human beings What are their cultures – as work place /group/ as person? What are their expectations? How do they normally work in a project? …. TALK ABOUT CULTURE, EXPECTATIONS… Not only at kick-off but ensure follow up! Partner 1 Partner 2 Find a common goal – really common goal To ensure a team input when challenges appear
