固体培养基的稀释涂抹接种法. 需要使用的仪器 —— 震荡机. 吸取准备好欲稀释的菌液. 吸取充分均匀后的菌液. 取含有 9mL 无菌水之试管，将试管口过火灭菌。 将菌液置入，此时试管须做记号为第一次稀释。. 将试管于震荡机上，使菌液混合均匀. 取出试管中的第一次十倍稀释菌液 1mL ， 加入另一个新的含 9mL 无菌水的试管中。 重复此步骤直至所需要的稀释浓度。. 由最后稀释菌液中以玻璃吸管取出 0.1mL 菌液，置入准备好的无菌琼脂内。. 將三角玻璃棒浸於酒精中. 將三角玻璃棒在火焰上燃烧 须注意勿使燃烧中的酒精滴入酒精瓶中，引起燃烧）.

  3. 吸取准备好欲稀释的菌液

  4. 吸取充分均匀后的菌液

  5. 取含有 9mL无菌水之试管，将试管口过火灭菌。 将菌液置入，此时试管须做记号为第一次稀释。

  6. 将试管于震荡机上，使菌液混合均匀

  7. 取出试管中的第一次十倍稀释菌液1mL， 加入另一个新的含9mL无菌水的试管中。 重复此步骤直至所需要的稀释浓度。

  8. 由最后稀释菌液中以玻璃吸管取出 0.1mL 菌液，置入准备好的无菌琼脂内。

  9. 將三角玻璃棒浸於酒精中

  10. 將三角玻璃棒在火焰上燃烧 须注意勿使燃烧中的酒精滴入酒精瓶中，引起燃烧）

  11. 使用玻璃棒将菌液均匀涂布开来，将培养皿置于恒温培养箱使用玻璃棒将菌液均匀涂布开来，将培养皿置于恒温培养箱 中隔天观察菌落数目，再依照稀释倍数推算出菌液浓度。
