  2. DOSEN  TRI DHARMA Dalam perhitungan kebutuhan dosen harus mempertimbangkan: • Tugas mengajar di kelas • Tugas di luar kelas (termasuk tugas di luar tri dharma) • Jumlah jam wajib mengajar (12 SKS/semester atau 24 SKS/tahun) • Rasio dosen : mahasiswa

Tugas Mengajar di Kelas • Semua kegiatan mengajar Data: mata kuliah, SKS, jumlah kelas, jumlah mahasiswa per kelas • Praktikum Data: praktikum, SKS, jumlah kelas praktikum, jumlah mahasiswa per kelas • Bimbingan karya tulis (skripsi/tesis/disertasi) S0 – S1  4 mahasiswa/smt  1 SKS S2  2 mahasiswa/smt  1 SKS S3  1 mahasiswa/smt  1 SKS

Perhitungan untuk tugas di dalam kelas JSKS MK x JK x EBK JD = JSKS WM Keterangan: JD = Jumlah Dosen JSKS MK = Jumlah SKS Mata Kuliah JK = Jumlah Kelas (per mata kuliah) EBK = Equivalensi Beban Kerja dalam sks JSKS WM = Jumlah SKS WajibMengajarpertahun (24 SKS) A = (MATA KULIAH + PRAKTIKUM) / 24 SKS Contoh 1 Contoh2

Tugas di Luar Kelas • Perhitungan dengan menggunakan tabel Waktu Penyelesaian Tugas (WPT) • Data yang dibutuhkan: Kegiatan dosen di luar kelas, terutama yang terkait dengan tri dharma, volume kegiatan, waktu yang diperlukan Waktu Kerja Efektif (WKE) • WKE sebaiknya dalam menit Volume kegiatan sebaiknya dalam setahun

  9. Yang harus diperhatikan: Jam Kerja Efektif untuk 5 hari kerja: • 1 hari = 5 jam (8 jam – allowance 30%) • 1 minggu = 37,5 jam • 1 bulan = 22 hari • 1 tahun = 235 hari • 1 tahun = 1250 jam

  10. Jumlah kebutuhan dosen A. Tugas Mengajar di Kelas Dibutuhkan dosen = 12 orang dosen B. Tugas di Luar Kelas Dibutuhkan dosen = 3 orang dosen Jadi dosen yang dibutuhkan pada jurusan/prodi tersebut = 12 + 3 = 15 orang dosen Pembanding dengan ratio  11,6/0,72 = 16 orang dosen ratio
