  7. Experiment • How It Works • Vinegar erodes the chemicals, such as calcium. • Calcium keeps bones dense and hard

Experiment • Importance • Human bones build up strength from foods rich in calcium and vitamin • As people age, bones without enough calcium lose their structure and density • Can lead to osteoporosis • Important sources of these nutrients include dairy products, broccoli, spinach, oranges, beans and salmon.
