  1. Gregg Warburton Over 22 Years of Experience in Voice and Data Communications

Gregg T Warburton of Canton MA completed his bachelors in Economics from Stonehill College, and began working in voice and data communications for Verizon. • He began his career as an Estimate Assignment Supervisor in 1987. During this stint, he was responsible for reporting a total of 10 technicians who were allocated to about 20 towns for the Outside Plant Database. • While there, he also helped to increase productivity by developing an efficient quality control system.

  3. After a period of about 3 years, he became a Budget Manager, and handled an 80 million dollar capital budget, and a 20 million dollar expense budget. • The accounts held included construction, engineering, clerical, and contractors. • Under his responsibility, the company attained a balanced budget for the 1994 and 1995 financial years. • Overall, he helped to increase productivity by 20%.

  4. Next, Gregg Warburton of Canton MA became a Project Manager for the Central Artery, Third Harbor Tunnel. • Under his guidance and leadership as the sole Strategic Manager, they were able to transfer 2.5 million lines from copper to fiber. • The key accounts included in his responsibility included all Federal Agencies, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Interior, The North End, Boston Stock Exchange, and Veterans Administration.

While there, he became experienced at charting/graphing the process documentation and data flow. • He also gained considerable knowledge of Microsoft technologies, and other platforms including Business Process Analysis. • As a manager, he was responsible for coordinating the efforts between outside and inside forces.

After that, he became an Outside Plant Engineer with the Boston Market, and worked in that capacity for 12 years. • He was responsible for designing and building the outside plant network, for both pre-existing customers and new clients. • His excellence in work, and his commitment to the company also earned him the prestigious “Spirit of Service” award. • Some of his core competencies include Project Management, Client Relations, Financial Management, Telecommunications, Strategic Planning, Logistics, Employee Training, Budgeting/Scheduling, and Network Design.
