Waiver Updates • April Reporting Feedback Received • 93% Approval Rate • Approved – 153 from 27 providers • NMI – 12 metrics from 10 providers – NMI due No later than July 11th, Kevin will reach out to the 10 providers to provide support • Not Approved – 0 • New 3 Year Projects • All received Initial approval from CMS • Additional funds for 3 year project due to project withdraw • Awaiting Final fund distribution – Any day • DY3 Metrics will be eligible for October reporting or carry forward • Plan Modifications • July 2014 – ALL Projects DY4 & 5 • Early QPI achievement –HHSC requesting proactive increase if achievement 2 years early • After July 2014 – ONLY 3 Year Projects, CAT 3 and by HHSC mid point assessment request

  9. Waiver Updates • Category 3 Feedback Statuses • Approved as described • Approved with additional clarification • Measure is not currently approved • CAT 3 HHSC Feedback expected by Mid-July. We will have14 days to respond. • DSRIP Automated System • Cooper Consulting is developing • In Testing Phase now • “Should” be deployed for October DY3 reporting

Waiver Updates • UC DY2 – All payments should have been received • DY3 DSRIP IGT • DY3 April Reporting & Monitoring due • Final IGT amounts were sent out today and yesterday. • TWO separate TEXNET entries • All IGT MUST be entered in TexNet by July 9th (we ask that our region enter IGT into TexNet no later than July 8th) • Settlement date of July 10th • Email Trace sheets – HHSC_Rate_Analysis_DSRIP_Payments@hhsc.state.tx.us please copy me @ bobbyehrncirik@umchealthsystem.com • Payment Dates – July 31st

Statewide Learning Collaborative • September 9-10, 2014 • Survey sent to DSRIP providers from HHSC – they want input on topics for speakers and panels and details on particularly innovative, demonstrating early success and may include best practices that could be replicated in other projects. • Survey Due July 1st
