  2. La palabra "hada" procede del latín "fata", derivado a su vez del vocablo "fatum", que significa el hado o el destino. En la edad media lo definían como divinidad o fuerza desconocida que según los gentiles, obraba irresistiblemente sobre las demás divinidades y sobre los hombres y los sucesos.

  3. El término fée del francés, tiene similar procedencia, y de él derivaron las palabras inglesas fey y fairie, que con el correr de los tiempos sufrieron variaciones en su ortografía pasando por: fayerye, fayre, faerie, faery y fair. En su definición etimológica, se entiende por Hada: ser fantástico con forma de mujer y a la cual se le atribuyen poderes mágicos.
