  14. DISTRICT QUALIFICATION To receive a Foundation grant, districts must complete the online process to implement the MOU.

  15. CLUB QUALIFICATION To participate in global or packaged grants, clubs must: • Agree to implement the club MOU • Send a member to a grant management seminar sponsored by the district • Complete any other district requirements
