Conclusions and Future Work • In this paper we develop a novel digital and area-efficient true one period delay jitter measurement. • For a delayline-based TOP with 300 stages, more than 75% of area overhead can be reduced. • From simulations and physical experiments, our design can be performed at an acceptable speed. • The same concept with more than two rings for further reduction in area will be the future work.
