Conditions of Grant 2008-09 • 1 April 2008 - 31 March 2009 • Includes HLTA Admin budget • Flexible use – may be used to enable capacity and capability building (previously substantially staffing related) • Costed delivery plan required by 30 June 2008 • Reporting – via Regional Advisers • Carry over
