Aims To facilitate active links between service user groups and individuals. To build capacity for service user groups. To broker and facilitate access to service users for purposes of influencing and informing policy-makers and planners.

Realising Peer led services and the direct voice influencing policy Individual Exploring individual experience versus policy promises Research e.g. link between CPA and Recovery Collation of current individual experience Signposting to service and support options inline policy Service Regional ‘Issue logs’ – providing collective evidence Supporting involvement in commissioning and regulation Collective purchasing - Personalisation Sharing examples of what works Strategic Partnership working e.g. NMHDU coalition and the Strategic Partner coalition Establishing mechanisms, coordination and support
