  3. Flight: • Airline name • Time and city of departure • Any connections • Time and city of arrival • Total travel time • Cost of your ticket Everyone leaves on: Saturday, March 10 Everyone returns on: Friday, March 16

  4. Hotel: • Name of hotel • Cost per night of hotel • Accommodations that the hotel offers • Pool • A/C • Internet • Continental breakfast • Local calls • Etc.

  5. Foods: • Example of breakfast foods and drinks • Example of lunch foods and drinks • Example of dinner foods and drinks • Average price of breakfast, lunch and dinner out at a restaurant

  6. Activities: • 2 cultural activities per day • Thoroughly explain what you will see/do AND what you will learn about their culture • The cost of each activity These need to be CULTURAL activities: “activities that increase an individual’s knowledge another culture’s heritage” NOT shoppingor the beach, etc

  7. Itinerary (essay): • Written in “diary” form; include: • Date • Activities for the day with a thorough description of what you saw/did and what you learned about the culture • A price grand total broken down into: • Flight • Hotel • Food • Activities • 13 point font • 1 ½ spacing

  8. Visual: • Title & Author Slide • Flight • Hotel • Breakfast • Lunch • Dinner • On slide of each of the 10 activities • Total Cost of Trip • Works Cited

  9. Visual: • 18 slides • Headings on each slide • 2-3 pictures per slide • Captions on all pictures • NO FULL SENTENCES

  10. Presentation: • 7 minutes in length • TALK to us, don’t READ at us • NO note cards • This is a TEST grade…very important to do well on this!!!
