  1. Tides This shows you what the blue bits are the top bit is called Sublunar and the high tide, bottom bit is called Antipodal, the white bit is called low tide and a bit higher is the moon.

Tides • there's low tides and high tides • low tides is when most of the water is gone, high tides is when theirs heaps of water. • Tides are rise and fall of the sea levels caused by the combined effects of the gravitational forces exerted by the Moon and the Sun and the rotation of the earths movement when the moon travels around earth.

  3. This is tides when they come towards the sea shore.

  4. Time and Tides The same shore is hard to recognise at different tides. Although there may be only a couple of metres difference in the water level between high and low tides, the area of the shore affected by the tidal change may be much greater.
