3. ABOUTUNIVERSITY • Jaypee University is a non-public university, which laid its foundation in 2014. The state government of Uttar Pradesh approved the university to function as a university. The university has its location in Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh. The University Grants Commission recognized Jaypee University. The campus sprawls around 80 acres. 5. Earlier in 1610, Jaypee University, Anoopshahr came into existence by Bargujar Raja AnupRai. It was when Jahangir, the Mughal Emperor, found "ChotiKashi". It has numerous degree colleges and inter colleges. Later in 2014, the state government of UP Act No. 8 of 2014 established an interdisciplinary university called Jaypee University at Anoopshahr. The vision is to promote excellence and quality in education for the next generation. 7. INFRASTRUCTURE Hostel:JaypeeUniversity has separate hostels for both men and women in the campus. It has 3 men's hostels and one women's hostel. Jaypee University campus provides comfortable hostels and a homely environment. Choices of beds are available depending on the students' needs. Also, the hostel has a well-equipped structure with all modern amenities. Further, the hostels are very secure as it has fully armed security guards, security systems, etc. All the hostels are easily reachable with the classrooms, sports, and academic areas. Also, the hostel has facilities such as 24 hours water supply, cupboards, study lamps, water supply, internet facilities, etc. Labs:JaypeeUniversity has high-tech laboratories on the university campus.
