  2. OBJETIVOS • Determinar la frecuencia de procesos de IT • Analizar la IT por variables universales y otras singulares • Configurar el perfil del trabajador en IT en el CAMF • Elaborar propuestas de intervención

  3. MATERIAL Y MÉTODO I • Estudio Observacional. • Periodo Marzo- Septiembre /06 • Guadalajara : CAMF • Registro de casos en IT • Consignar variables a estudio: edad, sexo,antigüedad,categoría,contrato duración y nº procesos,diagnóstico/s

  4. MATERIAL Y MÉTODO II • ESTUDIO ESTADISTICO: * Ofice-Excel * SPSS v6 y Epiinfo * Comparación medias: Chi; t-test; Anova *Error I p<0,05

  11. DISCUSIÓN • El nº de casos no permite un análisis concluyente. • El tiempo de seguimiento puede inducir a sesgos • Es preciso prolongar el tiempo de estudio • Solo es posible una propuesta provisional de perfil y de intervención.

CONCLUSIONES: • El perfil obtenido: • Mujer; + 41ª; fija ; + de 9ª servº; • Ofªsantº - aydt servº; 1 proceso*, duración > 3meses ; • Procs osteoart – s.mental. • Propuesta intervención: • Nuevo estudio- continuar • Planifº suplencias • Asociar procesos? • Vigilar condiciones de trabajo? • Cansancio emocional?
