  5. ASCA National Program Model • Provides a foundation for school counseling  • programs • Describes our delivery system • Guidance Curriculum • Individual Student Planning • Responsive Services • System Support • Incorporates a management system • Ensures accountability

RAMP IT UP!!!!! #GoGreenWave • Is based on the ASCA National Model. • Is a recognition program for individual schools, not districts or school counselors. • Gives you the confidence that your program aligns with a nationally accepted and recognized model. • Helps you evaluate your program and areas for improvement. • Increases your skills and knowledge. • Enhances your program's efforts tocontribute to student success.

Counseling Program Goals 2011-2012 • Goal 1: To increase the Graduation rate from 70.8% to 73%-a 2.2% increase. • Goal 2: Conduct Individual Graduation Plan conferences (IGP’s) with a 100% of students • Goal 3: To decrease the amount of discipline referrals obtained by identified 10th grade students from 75% to 73% • Goal 4: To increase the average number of credits earned by targeted at-risk eleventh graders by at least two credits by the end of their junior year.
