( PAD ) , Sanaswadi Pune, • 2R/3R Cr. Case Line at M/s Alka Engineering works, Shiroli MIDC Kolhapur. • R – Crank Shaft Line at M/s Amul Crank Shaft Pvt. Ltd. , Rajkot , Gujrat.

  3. KOEL Khadki - Medium Engines R PLANT RENOVATION ACTIVITY • TARGET DATE: - 01 JAN 2010 TO 05 MAY 2010. Three manufacturing lines shifting ,transportation and installation at supplier’s end. Shifting remaining machines within company premises.

KOEL Khadki - Medium Engines R PLANT RENOVATION ACTIVITY A) Planning / Information shared with suppliers. • Connected load in kwh on each line. • Total air consumption on each line. • Number of machines on each line • Total weight of each machine and it’s accessories. • Sequences of machine for phase wise disconnection .

Cont. • Utilities required for machines. • For material handling convenient layout & vendor ,who will do job in time. e.g. crank case line. • Number of crane required as per their layout.

  8. KOEL Khadki - Medium Engines (B) PREPARATION …..cont. • For easy installation at supplier end tagging for electrical panel wiring, hydraulic, pneumatic hoses of each machines.

Cont. • Where it is possible electrical panel has been fixed to machine bed itself. • For electrical panels connector fitted for easy connection & disconnection ( near about 60 no’s of connector fitted to all m/c’s) • Special gauges made for checking of home positions of machines. • All machines backup taken. • All machines history card up dated copied on CD

KOEL Khadki - Medium Engines (B) PREPARATION ……..cont. • Hard printing & binding of copies of all machine manuals, ladder diagram, electrical circuit diagram for supplier use. • Machine wise spares parts list prepared with it’s supplier information. • List of spares to be handed over with m/cs
