Profit & Efficiency Analysis • Sales, Testing, Development & Manufacturing • Increased profitability by an average of 17.5% • Administration, Accounting & Research • Decreased profitability by an average of 5.3% • Overall company performance • With 3.9% inflation, gross profit = 8.3% • After tax obligations, NET PROFIT= 2.1%

  6. USMA Rating Review • US Manufacturing Assoc. efficiency ratings • Manufacturing kept us alive with a AAA rating • Company is in a 90-day rating review • ALL divisions must be in positive numbers • RNM MUST have a net profit margin of 5.5%

  7. New Year Goals • 1st Quarter-All divisions must be in the black • 2nd Quarter-Complete company-wide restructuring plans • 3rd Quarter-Stabilization thru review • 4th Quarter-All divisions begin “Expansion 2011” program
