We only remove the brake caliper if we need to check/replace the brake pads

We only remove the brake caliper if we need to check/replace the brake pads . Usually we check thickness of the rotors by caliper gauge as a tool, we don’t remove caliper bracket unless we need to replace the rotors . This bolt is missing when we visually check the vehicle .
