  1. BELLWORK: Please take out your Unit 2 Vocabulary. Review quickly in your groups. If you are not done with your graphic organizer, you will need to finish this for homework, including the images.   3. Tape the chart into your notebook with the title: World Religions Chart • Next, read through the information on the chart. • 1) Looking at the “Followers Worldwide”, speculate on those numbers. Why are those numbers what they are? • 2) Looking at the “Name of Deity” row, what do you notice that is interesting? How many of these names have you heard before and what do you associate with these names? • 3) Looking at the “Basic Beliefs” row, find similarities between the religions/belief systems. • Please be prepared to share!   4. As you watch the quick video, jot down any interesting trends that you see. This is not a notebook entry, however, you can jot down notes in your notebook, or on a separate piece of paper. World Religion Video

  5. Tape in the graphic organizer, title: Abrahamic Religion Comparisons • On the next or adjacent page, speculate as to why there is so much religious conflict when there are so many similarities. • Your response should be 3-5 sentences. Comparing Abrahamic Religions
