BASICS • 7 teams – each take approximately one 10-mile stretch • Three morning teams • Four afternoon teams • BENEFITS: • One Ironman t-shirt per person • Free food at Town Square anytime during race day for volunteers • Free banquet Monday night, 5:30 pm at Dixie Center • Extra credit for JROTC class • Sense of accomplishment! • SAFETY: • Each vehicle take one case of water • Driver must be extra vigilant to prevent accidents! • Use rubber gloves provided

  4. PARKING PASSES Each vehicle will need a parking pass for Bike Aid Station #1 in order to get past the police to empty your trash

BIKE COURSE updated 02/11/2010 •Exit Sand Hollow Park Entrance •Turn Right on Sand Hollow Rd •Turn Left on SR9 (at 3700 West) (4.5 Miles) •Turn Left on Telegraph •Turn Right on Washington Pkwy •Turn Left on Buena Vista Blvd (Note: this is a dirt road!) •Turn Right on Cactus Ln •Turn Left on Green Springs Drive •Turn Right on East Red Hills Pkwy •Start of 1st Loop: Red Hills Pkwy turns into Snow Canyon Pkwy as you cross Bluff St. (Hwy 18) •Turn Left on 1300 West BIKE COURSE

  9. BIKE COURSE NO PASS ZONE (1/3 Mile) Turn Right at Primrose Circle onto Bike Path Go North on bike path under Snow Canyon Parkway After going through the tunnel Turn Right on Bike Path Merge back onto Snow Canyon Parkway

Turn Left on 2000 North Turns into Pioneer Parkway Turn Right on 400 East Turn Left on 400 South Turn Right on Hwy 91 Turn Right on Cr-3184 (to Gunlock) Turn Right on U18 Turn Right at Snow Canyon Parkway (Start of Second Loop) Turn Left on 2000 North Turns into Pioneer Parkway Turn Right on 400 East Turn Left on 400 South Turn Right on Hwy 91 Turn Right on Cr-3184 (to Gunlock) Turn Right on U18 Turn Right on Snow Canyon Pkwy (completing 2nd Loop) To Finish BIKE COURSE
