  2. Financial status for the consortium – month 54

  3. Finance and administration in Project Period 5 • Received our last pre-financing from the Commission in July 2009 (Periodic Reports have thus been approved). • Payments made to the partners in October 2009. • Consortium has received 94% of its total contribution. The remaining 6 % will be paid by the Commission when the final reports have been approved (if the consortiums eligible costs add up to the total requested contribution). • The Executive Board will decide on any redistribution of funds between partners. A final decision will be made when all Form C and audit certificates have been submitted.

  4. Final periodic management report • All eligible costs must be recorded in the partners accounts within 31.12.2009. • Only exception are costs related to the final reports, which are eligible until 15.02.2010. For the partners this will be the cost of the audit certificate. • Cost adjustments may be made from previous periods (as long as the costs are eligible). • All partners must submit an audit certificate for period 5 (2009). Partners who have not settled their costs with audit certificates for previous periods, must also submit an audit certificate for these periods.

  5. Final periodic management report • We are to submit a periodic management report for period 5 plus a final management report consolidating the entire project period. • Table 4 (Explanation of deviations) and Table 5 (Scientific input to the management report) will be required for both period 5 and the for the project period. • Templates will be sent to the Financial Officers and responsible scientists in the beginning of December. DEADLINES: • 1st February 2010 10th February 2010 Tables to the management report Audit certificate(s) Form C
