  2. Helen Parr. ( Elasigirl) • Is a entrepreneur and a stay at home mom. • A baking business out of own kitchen. • 3 children ages 13, 10 and 6 months. • Needs a compute for… • Business documents. • Advertising – including photos. • Email and Facebook for customer contacting . • Money is tight – wants a good working computer but fairly cheep. • Plus her children will want to do homework, Facebook and other things also.

  3. Computer recommendation for Helen. • I would recommend the Toshiba Satellite Notebook PC. • This computer will be great for Helen when it comes to being a fair price. • Also there is a lot of RAM and storage for her pictures and documents. • Plus there is a DVDRW so.. • if you or your kids want to watch a movie you can • you can make promotional videos. • you can back up your computer so if it crashes you will still have all your work.

  4. Chip. • For this computer there is a AMD Dual-Core 1.7GHz, meaning your computer has two brains. This way when you are working and you have multiple sites and/or documents open one chip will take care of half the work and the other will take care of the rest. • So now if you have to do bake and work on your computer plus one of your kids have to do homework your computer will be able to handle it.

  5. RAM. • RAM is what holds all the work you have open and running if that crashes or closes before you save all of your work will be gone. Also it is quiet fast. • RAM is important because with out it you would not be able to open anything. • For this computer there is 4 GB of RAM so your computer will be fairly fastwit all of your work.

  6. Data Storage. • There is always data storage on a computer or else you wouldn’t be able to do anything. The more there is the better for most situations. • In your situation you will want a fair amount which you have 500GB HDD and that is a good amount. • Your children will able to save all there works. • You will be able to save all over work also along with run programs for your business. • There is room also for games and movies for car trips and such.

  7. DVD/Bluray. • It is a good thing to have a DVD player in computers so people are able to relax anywhere with the family and watch a movie, or they can make promotional videos or project for school and burn them. • There is a DVDRW so you and your children can watch movies. • Also you will be able to make and burn DVDs for your baking business.

  8. Network. • All computers have the same network of 802.11b/g/n and an assumed network jack. • With out the network you would not be able to get onto the internet.

  9. “Other” things. • A couple other things are…. • A 15.6” screen. • Comes with Windows 8. • Down side there is no warranty.
